10.150 kW System

We had originally proposed a ground mounted solar array for a farmer. He decided that he needed a new pole barn to house his equipment and tools. His site worked out perfectly. He placed the pole barn facing due south (15 degrees off of magnetic south) which provides him with the best solar production. He also had his builder provide a roof structure that is pitched at 37.5 degrees - the optimum pitch for his area. Now he has a structure that he needed and is able to cover his electricity costs at a lower out-of-pocket cost for the solar portion of his project than he would have experienced had he installed a ground mounted solar array.
